A bstract We compute the $$ \mathcal{O} O ( {\alpha}_s^3 α s 3 ) double-real-virtual (RRV) and double-virtual-real (VVR) soft contributions to thrust/zero-jettiness event shape. The result clears up one of most stubborn obstacles toward complete thrust function. results presented here serve key input realize next-to-next-to-next-to-leading logarithmic prime (N 3 LL’) resummation obtained also constitutes important ingredients N -jettiness-subtraction scheme at order LO).
